The Pikorua class is a full time course (23 hours per week) for those
children who are in their 2nd year of English immersion and are 4
years of age at 31 March.  In year two we continue with  Hippo and
Friends which is complimented with  "Let's Begin 1", an activity based
program emphasizing the importance of music in early literacy
development and the use of stories to introduce the children to written
text and the language of literature.
Why Let's Begin?

listening and speaking activities.

through to early reading.
