                               特別クラスワインを英語で楽しもう

このクラスは、４回に分けてワインを英語で学ぶクラスです。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
ワインを楽しむための世界で人気のブドウや、ワイン基礎知識などを、実際にテイス
ティングしながら学習します。　
　　４回コース　〔週１回２時間〕土曜日　午後予定
　　月謝　　20,000円
　　最低人数6名より開催
教材としてスタディガイド、ワインテイスティンググラス x 4、ワインアロマホィール、
ワインを含みます。

The course is structured as follows:
第１週・・ワインの見方（香り、外観、味わい）
-        Wine aromas　
-        Wine faults　　
-        The influence of oak　
-        Plus the wine regions of the world　世界のワイン地域

第２週・・白ワインテイスティング
-        Chardonnay　　     シャルドネ
-        Sauvignon Blanc 　ソーヴィニヨン　ブラン
-        Riesling　　　　　    リースリング
-        Gewurztraminer　ゲヴュルツトラミナー

第３週・・赤ワインテイスティング
-        Cabernet Sauvignon　　カルベネソービニヨン
-        Merlot　　　　　　　　     メルロー
-        Syrah (Shiraz)　　　　　シラー
-        Pinot Noir　　　　　　     ピノノアー

第４週　・・シャンパン・スパークリングワインテイスティング
-        tasting & comparison of 3 styles of bubbly ３タイプのバブリー
